In July 2026 I photographed the sales office for The Residences at Hammock Dunes, the Ritz-Carlton branded oceanfront residences Unicorp is bringing to Palm Coast. It is ten minutes from my front door, and the kind of project a local photographer hopes lands nearby.
The brief
A sales office for a residence like this has one job: let a buyer stand in the finishes, the light and the view before the building exists. Unicorp needed imagery that did the same thing for the people who cannot walk in, for the website, the digital campaigns, broker outreach and print collateral. Clean, warm, accurate to the materials, and consistent enough to run across every channel.
What we shot
The model kitchen and living spaces, the finish and material displays, the plans and renderings on the walls, the meeting spaces where the conversations happen, and the views out to the Atlantic and the Hammock Dunes landscape that sell the address before anyone says a word. We worked the room in daylight for the truest colour on stone and wood, then again in the evening with the lighting design doing its work.
Why it matters for a luxury residence
Renderings promise. Photographs prove. A buyer considering a Ritz-Carlton branded residence has seen a lot of renderings, and a photograph of a real room with real materials carries a different weight. That is the gap a sales office shoot closes.
Worth knowing
- Shoot the finishes at true colour. Buyers choose stone and wood from these images.
- Cover the space twice, daylight and evening. Luxury interiors change character with the lighting design.
- Shoot verticals for social alongside the wide frames the website needs.
- Keep the branding visible but not the subject. The room sells the residence; the logo confirms it.
