We collaborate with hotels and resorts on photo and video work, and this stay was hosted. What follows is our experience and the media that came out of it, not a rated review.
Stonefield Villa Resort Saint Lucia is a piece of paradise found in the West Indies. Unmatched by her iconic Piton mountains, backdropped by the deep blue sea, the landscape is breathtaking. From local fishing boats to world class yachts Saint Lucia is a siren call for many travel goers. That is precisely why Saint Lucia won the World Travel Awards for the “Best Honeymoon Destination of 2018” out of many heavy weight contenders.
The estate
Stonefield Villa Resort invited us to spend a week and to experience their estate. The property was developed by the late Mr. Brown who is known to have built many custom Villas on the Island of Saint Lucia. The family continues to own and operate the property in a manner that commands a legacy and is respected throughout the hospitality industry.
Each villa has a thoughtful tropical layout for the guests to enjoy the warm sea breeze. The personality of our villa (Raintree) can be highlighted by it’s wood lure shutters, large outdoor seating area, hammock, private plunge pool, and unmatched views of the Petit Piton mountain.

Worth knowing
Stonefield is an inviting property with mature grounds and flora. Stonefield values heritage, having Petroglyphs you can visit on the property being incorporated into their branding.
If you are considering the Caribbean as one of your next travel destinations then Saint Lucia is on the short list. Stonefield would be a wise choice as you visit the southern part of the island and would suit you well as a launching point to nearby activities and the city of Soufrière.
